Modern Loft

This spacious loft had potential, but the dated finishes and closed-off layout held it back. We opened up the space to create a true open-concept floor plan, with a sleek kitchen featuring a large island, quartz countertops, and high-end appliances, while modern touches like recessed lighting and a glass-walled shower in the bathroom brought the loft into the 21st century.
